THE INCORPORATORS

• With the construction market boom that is stirring up the Philippines; and the desire to apply our acquired experiences and knowledge to manage a company; we decided to form MRGRM KONSTRAK, INC. and planned to target market from residential clients to the larger commercial and industrial developers. 

• The company was initiated in the minds of Engr. Roland Fiesta Ruedas who had worked with DMCI as Civil Engineer from year 1990 to year 1994 and Engr. Gilson De Leon whom after passing the board examination for civil engineers in 2005, left Philippines for an opportunity to work in Singapore.

• While the two engineers were pondering to venture in a long term investment, few more engineers, Engr. Ryan Armirola and Engr. Melvin Buscas join the vision and Ms. Martee Baclig was added to the team to form a corporation.

• They were then all agreed on the collaboration of finances to form MRGRM KONSTRAK INC.
