Engr. Ryan Armirola sits as Executive Director and has taken the position of 2nd Vice President.
He is in charge with the Mechanical & Electrical system of every project.
He graduated in University of the East, Caloocan City in 1998 with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and passed the Licensure examination for Mechanical Engineers in 1999.
Due to the shortage of job opportunities in the Philippines, he left the country for Singapore in 2004. He had completed 6 residential, commercial and industrial projects with 2 construction companies.
He is a permanent resident of Singapore.

He is overall in charge with the Operation both in Engineering and Building Construction.
He graduated in Saint Paul University Philippines in 2004 with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering & Sanitary Engineering and passed the Licensure examination for Civil Engineers in 2005 with license no.102730.
Due to the shortage of job opportunities in the Philippines, he left the country for Singapore in 2005.

Engr. Roland Fiesta Ruedas sits as Chairman on the Board of Directors and in charge with Administration.
He graduated in Mapua University (formerly Mapua Institute of Technology) in 1988 with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and passed the Licensure examination for Civil Engineers in 1991 with license no. 59620.
He worked with DMCI from 1990 to 1994 and completed 3 projects within his tenure with the company.
He left Philippines for Singapore in 1994 and had completed series of residential, commercial and industrial projects with 7 construction companies in Singapore.
He resides with his family in Singapore.
